She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Stultz; and her granddaughter Jamie Covey. She is survived by: her children, Arlene Tanner (Lee), Cindy Thomas and Chuck Lewis (Tori); and her grandchildren, Tracey Agee (Jeff) and Daniel Tomes (Jess). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
