He is survived by: his wife Lisa Johnson; his mother Frances Johnson; his siblings, Douglas Johnson, Brenda Miles and Deborah Davis; his nieces, Christy Weedon, Jamie Johnson and Brandy Reiger; and his nephew Brandon Johnson.
