He was predeceased by: his father Harry S. McGuinn, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, C. J. and Bella McGuinn; his mother Brenda Brinegar; and his siblings, J. R. McGuinn (Teri) and Cindy Thompson (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
