He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Joy Konvicka; his parents, Laddie and Mary Konvicka Sr.; and his siblings, Laddie Konvicka Jr., Frank Konvicka, Lillian, Emily and Sister Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Mildred Brown Konvicka; his children, Laddie Konvicka (Sarah), Mike Konvicka (Teresa), Jill Balleh (Brian) and Valerie Miller (Steve Ogletree); his stepdaughter Rebecca Lam (Matt); his sisters, Georgia Haas, Angie Wagner and Louise Walgiura; and his nephew Bubba Haas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home Chapel (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (4000 Pilots Ln, Richmond, VA 23222).
