He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spillman and Margaret Spillman. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Santorella (Bryan) and Amanda Sarsfield; his sisters, Gloria Robinett (John), Peggy Spillman Berry and Shirley Barnes; his grandchildren, Alivia Sarsfield and Emma Sarsfield; and his nephew Kevin Spillman.
