He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond A. Webb and Sylvia Henderson Webb; his wife Carla Webb (Rosser); his children, Kate Walter, Colton Smith, Jamie Smith Dickerson (Michael), Kendell Webb Mitcheltree (Nickolas) and Kylie Webb Dotson (Lawrence); his grandchildren, Kaidon, Ava, Hunter, Michael, Braelyn, Delainey and Grace; his siblings, Mark Webb (Robin), Beth Webb and Lynn Cox (Dave); and his nieces and nephews, Raymond Webb (Megan), Cortney Webb Haddock (Ryan), Nicole Grice, Stephanie Grice, Alex Taff, Samantha Hamel and Max Hamel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Todd's favorite charities; Ronald McDonald House, Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
