She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hollis Hutchins and Myrtle Hutchins Baisley; and her brother Richard Douglas Hutchins. She is survived by: her husband Bill Sheild; her children, Theresa Hampton (Mike), Marye Byrd (Brian), Richard Sheild (Chris) and Nate Sheild (Chris); and her sisters, Linda Irwin (Don) and Sharon Rhyne. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
