She was predeceased by: her parents, Wickliffe B. Cooper and Gay Riley Cooper; her husband Sidney P. Hall, Sr.; and her brother Richard Lee Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Sidney P. "Chuck" Hall, Jr., Cynthia June Tapscott (Bill) and Mark Anthony Hall (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Karen, Sharon, Stephanie, Melissa, Tommy, Matthew and Samantha. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 6713 Passapatanzy Drive, King George VA 22485.
