He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bell and Haidee Bell; and his brother William Bell. He is survived by: his wife Regina Bell; his children, Wesley Edge (Crystal), Amanda Bell and Steven Bell; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Cadence, Eliana, Emily and Chandler; and his siblings, Catherine Taylor (Louis), Charles "Chuck" Bell (Annette), James "Mickey" Bell (Lynn) and Helen Jennifer Lucas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, he would want us to do an intentional act of kindness for those around us.
