He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Payne; his siblings, Dicky Boy, Richard "Buddy" Payne of King George and Carol "Judy" Walton of Richmond; his parents, Rosa Sanford (Payne) and Edgar "Ticky" Payne; his siblings, Edgar "Roland" Payne of White Oak and Sylvia "Pat" Brinklow of King George; and his daughter Carmen Melinda Payne of Stafford. He is also survived by father, husband, servant, worker, leader and friend.
