He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Dudley "Bucky" Smith and Herbert Brooks. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Smith and Beverly Smith; his sibling Mikey (Samantha Smith); his nieces and nephews, Cohen and Graysen; his brother Mark (Jo-Ellen Smith); his grandmothers, Virginia Brooks and Shirley Smith; and also Remington. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the King George Animal Rescue League, in honor of Matt's love for animals.
