Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Manuel Ray Moreno Jr. of King George, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 95, on April 17, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Moreno and Isabella Moreno; and his wife Lorraine Moreno. He is survived by: his significant other Helen Biggs; his children, Jackie Famighetti, Brenda Lopez and James "Woody" Biggs (Danielle); and his granddaughters, Debbie Mendoza, Denise Gollub, Shannon Lopez, Olivia Elkins and Victoria Thalman. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Quantico National Cemetery.
