He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Karen Atkins, Jennifer Rainey (William), Jeffrey Decatur (Cheryn) and Michael Decatur; and his sister Beverly Cook (Decatur). He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
