With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Rosson DeBernard of King George, Virginia, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rosson and Edna Rosson-Tanner (Sisk); and her stepfather Egbert Tanner. She is survived by: her husband Fredy DeBernard; her sister Judy Rosson Nave; her daughters, Gina DeBernard, Pamela McGinniss and Linda DeShazo (Bryan); her granddaughters, Brandy Gibson (Bryan), Brittney Harshman (Eric) and Christina Turnbull; her great grandchildren, Rosson Gibson, Barrett, Presley Harshman, Jacob, Kingsten Turnbull and Charlotte Pates; and her pet Pumpkin. She is also survived by sister/brother in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
