We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 102, James E Pitts Sr. of King George, Virginia, born in Bristol, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Coleman and Josie Rogers Pitts; and his wife Kathryn Barker Pitts. He is survived by: his children, James E. Pitts, Jr. (Sharon) and Bonnie P. Tremblay (Robert). He is also survived by five grandsons; and eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the King George Rescue Squad 8122 King's Hwy King George VA 22485.
