He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Marshall, Sr. (Bill) and Elsie Lumpkin Marshall; his wife Debby Marshall; and his siblings, Linda M. Freeman and Michael J. Marshall.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Michelle (Shelly) Mastin (Eddie Joe); his sisters, Lillian Rucker (Roger), Anna McDonald (Paul) and Becky Melvin (John); and his nieces, Amanda Freeman Coode (Steve), Jessica Melvin King (Chris) and Rachel Melvin. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
