She is survived by: her sons, Charles A Pepper Jr. and Jeffery C. Pepper (Kim) of Spotsylvania County; and her grandchildren, Brittany N. Gourlay and Jordan R. Pepper of Spotsylvania County. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
