He is survived by: his wife Lauren; his children, Alexis, George and McKenna; his parents, George "Dickie" Richard Lewis III and Elissa; his sister Brandy Harrison (Jonathan); his aunt Shawn Burrell (Keith); his uncle Smokey Clift (Chrissy); and his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Faith, Wren, Erica, Jasmine, Tyler and JJ. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
