He is survived by: his wife Terry Belinda Elliott Hutsell; his daughter Kimberly Ann Banks; his grandchildren, Kayla Bradley, Heather Rinaldi and Jordan Awoke; his great grandchildren, Alexander Wolfson and Jaxon Wolfson; his son-in-law Erik Banks; and his siblings, Ann Green, Betty Meeks, Robert Hutsell and Victor Hutsell.
