He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fairall Scott; his children, Clifton Scott, Randall Scott and Amy Lilly (Dennis); his grandchildren, Randall Scott, Jr., Nicholas Scott, Rachel Scott, Alex Scott, Seth Harless, Holli Scott and Sidney Scott; and his siblings, Shirley Welch and Wayne Scott. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
