She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cicero and Hannah Cox Haga; and her aunt Marie Cox (Aubrey S. Mitchell). She is survived by: her sons, Aubrey S. Mitchell, Jr. (Robin) and Clarence Stephen Mitchell (Allie); and her granddaughter Norah Mitchell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Storke Funeral Home (11089 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ephesus Christian Church (472 Horners Mill Rd, Montross, VA 22520).
