She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. James Herbolsheimer; her parents, Ernie Barna and Katie Barna (Jim); her nephew Seth Gelbaugh; and her brother-in-law Phillip Herbolsheimer.

She is survived by: her son Christopher; her grandchildren, Breana, Cameron and Colton; her siblings, Jody Barna and Ernie Barna; her brothers-in-law, David Herbolsheimer and John Herbolsheimer; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa Gelbaugh, Susan Meier, Jenny Stuart, Becky Buetow, Alison Barna, Scott Herbolsheimer, Adam Gelbaugh, Brian Herbolsheimer, Michael Herbolsheimer and Dru Barna.
