We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2021, at the age of 81, William Spriggs (Kilmarnock, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Morrison Spriggs, Sr. and Lottie Irene Whittaker Spriggs of Reedville; and his brother Leslie Spriggs, Jr.. He is survived by: his friends, Gaylord Ray, Bobby Vanlandingham, Debbie Newsome and Tommy Beatley; and his sister Janet A. Spriggs Lewis (Emory) of Fleeton. He is also survived by two nephews, four great nieces, one great-nephew, and several cousins.
