He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Jackson Rowe, Sr. and Juanita Francisco Rowe; and his former wife Nancy Good Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Sarah W. Rowe; his children, Brian O. Rowe (Renee) and Kimberly N. Lushbaugh (Ron); his grandsons, Jonathan Lushbaugh, Andrew Lushbaugh, Thomas Rowe and Christopher Rowe; and his sisters, Grace Ginn and Ann Phillips (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
