He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvano Garcia and Rachel Lanham; and his brothers, Robert Garcia and Frank Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Garcia; his children, Steven Garcia and Melanie Stedman (Scott); his stepchildren, Sara Newsome, Harold Sampson (Melissa) and Christopher Sampson; his grandchildren, Caleb Gordon (Madisyn), Hannah Gordon, Lorelei Sampson, Kennedy DeGaetani, Kaidence DeGaetani, Olivia Stedman, Gigi Sampson, Kingston Sampson-Minor, Chloe Stedman and Marleigh Stedman; and his brothers, Thomas Jones (Kathy) and Ed Jones (Kelly). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
