He is survived by: his wife Hilda C. Courtney; his sons, Roland W. Courtney, Jr. of Hernando, FL and Allan Courtney of Ottoman, VA; his grandchildren, James Courtney of St. Petersburg, FL, Lt. Morgan Courtney (US Navy) of San Diego, CA, Taylor Marshall (Tyler) of Brandon, FL and Addie Courtney of Oceanside, CA; and his brother David Courtney of Sun City, AZ..
