With solemn reverence, we commemorate Robert Fleet (Kilmarnock, Virginia), whose life came to an end on September 14, 2024 at the age of 97, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hill and Rubenette Lee Fleet; his sister Jo Lee Edwards (Leah); and also Alexander Fleet (Susanne). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Brooks Fleet; his sons, William Jeffries Fleet (Nick) and Robert Hill Fleet III (Dawn); and his grandson Robert Hill Fleet IV (Caitlin Blankenship).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in his memory to Irvington Baptist Church's Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 417, Irvington, VA 22480, or to Ware Academy's Endowment Fund, 7936 John Clayton Memorial Hwy, Gloucester, VA 23061.
