He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emmet Bracken and Joanne Ketron Pertsch (Charles T. Pertsch); and his sister Susan Bracken Trumbull. He is survived by: his sisters, Joanne F. Bracken and Peggy Bracken Porter; his nieces, Ketryn Porter Martin and Alison Trumbull of Los Angeles, California; and his nephew William Hamilton Porter III of Howard County.
