It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Abbott (Kilmarnock, Virginia), who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Abbott and Hazel Abbott; his siblings, Jackson Abbott and Mary Hayden; and his grandson Bert Harich.
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Lee Kellum-Abbott; his daughter Linda K. Reeves (Randy); his grandsons, Randy S. Reeves, Jr. and Tyler A. Reeves; his children, John Lee Kellum (Nancy) and Loretta Harich; his granddaughters, Crystal and Shelia; and his siblings, Harry Vermilyea (Shirley), Ina Jane Edwards (William) and Doris Bury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
