She is survived by: her husband Louis D. Shelton; and her children, Billy Harcum "Jenny" (S. C.) of Hilton Head and Karen Zongolowicz of Chesapeake. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Memorials may be made to Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital, Evelyn D. Reinhart Guest House, 1100 Libbie Avenue, Richmond, VA 23236.
