It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynn Carter Gordon of Kilmarnock, Virginia, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald W. Gordon; her son John Carter Gordon; and her parents, Wayland Dunaway Carter, Jr. and Nancy Hudnall Carter. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Cutting (Ronald) of Lake Placid and Justin Gordon (Meldrea) of New Mexico; and her siblings, Debbie Dodson (Ronald) of Kilmarnock, VA, Marty Carter (Nancy) of Lively, VA and Dee Carter (Mary Beth) of King George, VA. She is also survived by five grand children, and one great-granddaughter.
