She was predeceased by: her parents, John Milton Harris and Katherine Stevens Harris Schneider; and her husband George Vester Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Tanya Barner (Oliver) of Midlothian and George Duane Edwards of Chester; her grandchildren, Nathan, Delani, Jacob and Cole; her great grandchildren, Natalie and Waylon; and her sisters, Irma Ryman of Remlik, Bonnie Estep (Dean) of Heathsville, Laverne Pierce (James) and Eunice Harris of Kilmarnock.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Currie Funeral Home (116 E Church St, Kilmarnock, VA 22482). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
