We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2023, at the age of 90, John Henry Parker IV of Kilmarnock, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lyons Parker; his children, John Henry Parker V, Susan Parker Elliott, Lesley Ann Parker and Nancy Parker McRee; and his grandchildren, Katherine Ford, Parker Elliott, Margaret McRee, Connor Elliott, Spencer Elliott, Hollin Keyser-Parker and Tristan Keyser-Parker.
