He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Witcher and Sarah Martha Perry Witcher. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Earl Witcher of Newport News and Rachel Sue Shaffer (Gregory) of Gloucester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
