It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Edward Norris Jr. of Kilmarnock, Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Edward, Sr. and Sarah Norris. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Howard Edward, III and Amy N. West (Mark); and his grandchildren, Christian, Brady Norris, CJ Whitten, Aiden, Asa, Ethan West and Elie West.
