She was predeceased by : her parents, Addie Conklin and Roy Conklin; her former life partner Norman C. Woolard, Sr.; her husband Leroy Johnson; and her siblings, Howard Conklin, Mildred Conklin George, Ida Conklin Carter, Delma Conklin Haynie and Joyce Conklin Hughes.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Jason and Emily Davis.
