He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen of Bath County, VA; his child Darel Callis; his children-in-law, Donna Callis and Bill Sanford; his grandchildren, Tristen, Collin Callis, Gus and Amelia Sanford; and his sister Dot Coates.
