With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Hudnall Jr. (Kilmarnock, Virginia), who passed away on March 13, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene S. Hudnall and Dale S. Hudnall. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Lanford Hudnall; his children, Joseph Paul Hudnall (Lisa) of Kilmarnock, Janet H. Wright (John) of Chesapeake and Jill H. Trail (Tim) of Chesapeake; his grandchildren, Kelsey Parker, Gabi Wright, Joel Hudnall, Jacob Hudnall, Deanna Salm (Jacob), Victoria Trail and Rebecca Barrios (Mathew); his great grandchildren, Lyla, Timmy and Mollie; his siblings, June Turnage, Carolyn Milton, Dixie Michael (John) and David Hudnall (Connie); and his sisters-in-law, Nancy L. Carr and Bonnie McNeal (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“Bud and Gayle were friends back in the 70’s and we moved away. I just happened to be googling “Outer Banks” and saw Kilmarnock came up and Bud’s obit came up. I guess he wanted to let us know our search was ended. Gayle we are so sorry about Bud and will add your family in our prayer list. We were honored to be your friend back in the 70’s. Please accept our condolences. Both Sharon and I have had huge health problems but we survived with God ‘s will. Dick and Sharon Musial Spring, Tx.”
