She was predeceased by: her son Lee Stephens, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Stephens; her daughter-in-law Jarrett M. Stephens; her children, Nell Heneghan (Dan), Scott M. Stephens (Karen) and Randy Stephens; her brother Tom Neblett, Jr.; and also Bob Lee. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
