He was predeceased by: his brother Stephen Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his stepchildren, Christy Clayborne (Alan) and William Bounds, Jr. (Kim); his granddaughters, Ashley and Megan; and his sister Susan Harwell of Virginia Beach.
