She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Helen Scott-Lewis (Wallace Lewis) and Pamela Scott Farr; her grandsons, Joshua Lewis (Blair Eisenhart), Nathan Lewis, Tyler Lewis, Caleb Lewis and Dorian Scott Farr; and her great grandchild Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
