He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Sneed and Charles Luther Sneed. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Kerby Dwayne Sneed (Adalia) of Norfolk; his stepdaughters, Carol Borrelli (John) of Pasadena, MD, Catherine Harrison (Kevin) of Williamsburg, VA and Susan DeShazer (Mac) of Lake Ridge, VA; his grandchildren, Bradley, Andrew Weddington, Zackary Borrelli, Tristan, Ainsley and Cameron DeShazer; his sister Rita Sneed; and his friends, Robert Viverette of Miller's Tavern, VA, John Guzak of Kilmarnock, VA, Owen Pepper of Virginia Beach, VA and Leonard "Butch" Ray of Camden, NC..
