He is survived by: his wife Pamela West; his children, Margie Ticer Baumann of Madison, MS, Marshall Ticer of Falls Church, VA and April Ticer of Gloucester, VA; his grandson Ticer Baumann; his family Wicomico; his child Bernie; his cousins, Nancy, Richard Stodardt, Kathy and Irv Anthony; his nieces and nephews, Ed Maal, Pedro Maal, Nusa Maal, Bonnie May and Mollie Hava; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amma Maal, Kyra King, Kai King, Daniil and Samuel Maal; and his sisters-in-law, Susan West, Sharon West and Patty West.
