She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Saunders. She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Dianne Saunders), Kirk (Dan Gillespie) and Paul (Vicki Saunders); and her grandchildren, Brock (Alexandra Saunders), Nick (Natalie Beauregard), Tyler (Verity Saunders), Paul (Taylor Saunders), Rachel (Dean Berner), Jesse (Vinaya Saunders) and Daniel Saunders. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the Northern Neck Partners for Pets.
