He was predeceased by: his parents, James Waddell and Mildred Waddell; his brother Jimmy; and his great-nephew James Brandon. He is survived by: his close friend Red Retriever; his children, William Eugene "Billy" Waddell, Jr. (Allison) and Kimberly Anne Waddell (Phillip); his grandson Jamie; his sister-in-law Linda; his niece Shawnna; his nephew Jimmy; and his children, Lyiah and Terry.
