We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2021, at the age of 76, Thomas Littleton Powell Jr. of Keysville, Virginia, born in Newport News, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Powell, Sr. and Frances Powell; and his brother Layton Powell. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Felton (Leigh), Troy Powell (Tracy), Stacey Seals (Chad) and Monty Powell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Skylar, Slade, Saxton, Sloan Seals, Logan Powell (Lilly), Olivia and Gunner Powell; the mother of his children Vonda Cochran; his girlfriend Debra Morris; and his sisters, Annie McReynolds (Mack) and Tammie Jackson (Charles).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Union Grove Baptist Church.
