He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dillard Mays and Lelia Webber Mays. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth L. Mays; his sons, Thomas Andrew Mays, Jr. (Patricia) and Henry Dillard Mays; his granddaughters, Laurel Catherine Mays and Callie Elizabeth Mays; and his nieces and nephews, Larry Mays, Jr., James Patrick Mays, Pat Davis and Berta Johnson.
