She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Shipp; her parents, Radford McKinney Foster and Lillie Agnes Lacks; her siblings, Lawrence Daniel Foster, Louise Cornelia Foster and Radford M. Foster of Charleston; her children, Kate Martin of Farnham, John Shipp, Jr. of Seattle Washington and Paul Shipp of Topeka; and her stepchildren, Joyce Barger and Jerry Shipp. She was also cherished by seventeen 17 grandchildren, twenty-nine 29 great-grandchildren and four 4 great-great-grandchildren.
