He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Umphlette, Sr. of Keysville and Nancy Umphlette; his sister Julie Gunter (William) of Gladstone; his nieces and nephews, Brittany, George, Jacob, Zachary, Grayson and Cari Goldsmith; and his great-nephew Leland. He is also survived by several other relatives and close friends.
