He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Hailey and Anna Lee N. Hailey; and his brothers, Reginald Lee Hailey and Ronald Nash Hailey. He is survived by: his wife Faye Dixon Hailey; his children, Renee Hailey Conwell (Mark) of Keysville and Roy B. Hailey, Jr. (Valerie) of Pawtucket, RI.; his siblings, Raymond Aubrey Hailey, Jr. of Glen Allen, VA, Randall Kim Hailey of Lynchburg, VA and Elizabeth Ann Roach (Ed) of Brookneal, VA.; and his grandchildren, Taylor Conwell Carbone (Darren) of Keysville, Hannah Madison Conwell of Keysville, Hayley Morgan Conwell of Keysville, Stephen Aubrey Conwell of Keysville, James Tiberius Hailey and Christopher Michael Hailey of Victoria, VA..
